Enrollment in TYCA is open to all children, 6 weeks to five years old and K-5th grade for our school age program. Registration and first weeks tuition must be paid first as a commitment to the school year. Each child must have a current yellow physical examination form and blue original immunization record upon enrolling. The forms are available through your physician or the health department. An enrollment packet must be completed and turned in before your child may begin. All emergency contact and medical information needs to be kept up-to-date at all times, along with any new home, cell or employment phone numbers. To enroll in our program, please call to set up a tour for you and your child to come meet their teacher and become familiar with our school.
